I started boxing at the age of 8 at the Pembroke Amateur Boxing Club and from day one people would say that I had the potential to be a good boxer!

At age of 10 I had my first fight and I went on to win the Welsh Boxing Championships. I then moved to Merlins Bridge Boxing Club at the age of 13 and was coached and mentored by Graham Brockway, selection for the Welsh Boxing Team followed at the age of 14.

I won my first GB title at the age of 14 and have won one every year including Youth GB titles, two Senior titles and nine multi nations Gold medals including four “best boxer of the tournament” awards

I represented Wales in the 2018 Commonwealth Games in the Gold Coast where I had three fights and picked up the bronze medal, being one of the youngest boxers at the games.
